Hi, my name is Lauren Wingate White. I am an Energy Intuitive Healer and Consultant. The gift I have of being able to read people's sub-conscious thoughts and shifting and removing energy blocks within people, both emotionally and physically, has been a constant source of miracles in people's lives around the world since I began working in this field several years ago.

Energy blocks prevent the even flow of energy throughout the body. Most people do not realize the negative power that an out-of-balance energy field has on the body. It effects all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit. Until you experience these shifts, it is hard to understand the impact it can have on your life. In other words, you could read a book about swimming or watch someone swim but until you actually get in the water to try it yourself, it is impossible to grasp the body sensations of the experience. Once the blocks are released, energy shifts occur instantly within the body, leaving you in a deep place of peace having gained an inner sense of knowing.

My sessions offer powerful insight to help transform your life by releasing doubt, fear, and negative thinking through shifting and replacing these energy blocks within you with a sense of being centered and at peace. By shifting old debilitating belief and thought patterns, you will experience a sense of freedom and clarity that you have never known.

The physical shifts that people experience is one of the most intriguing parts of the work I do. When concentrating on the areas of physical pain, my clients actually feel the physical shifts occurring in their bodies. Old aches and pains that have been pushed down to an unconscious level are released and a sense of lightness and well being is felt at a very deep level.

I teach my clients how to create peace in their minds and, at the same time, to learn to trust their hearts more, the power source of intuition. You will be taught how to use your more intuitive self to interpret your truth. The old saying, "The truth shall set you free", is simple, strong, and most definitely true.

You will learn to connect with your heart and spirit in a way you have not known before. It is possible and I can help you make it happen. Sessions take place over the phone - energy knows no distance! I have clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, India, New Zealand, and Australia.
